| Kate Reader, Senior Educational Technologist, School of Arts and Social Sciences, City University London, kate.reader@city.ac.uk Kate’s background is in Higher Education, Project Management and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Kate taught English and managed projects in the developing world before moving into her role as an elearning advisor for the University of Bristol in 2006. Kate joined City University London in 2009 and is currently heading up the Education Support Team in the Schools of Arts and Social Sciences. Her research interests include effective change management, mobile learning, blended learning and innovative assessment practice. |

| Lisa Baker, Educational Technologist, School of Arts and Social Sciences, City University London, l.k.baker@city.ac.uk Lisa worked at City University as a PA in the HR department and as an IT Trainer for 14 years before taking a career break to study for an MSc in Learning Technologies at Birkbeck, University of London. She returned to City University in 2013 as an educational technologist. In addition to the MSc, Lisa holds a BSc (Hons) in IT and Computing from the Open University and the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice. Her MSc dissertation considered how virtual learning environments, and Moodle in particular, have affected lecturers’ pedagogy and this research topic continues to interest Lisa as she develops in her new role. |

| Morris Pamplin, Educational Technologist, School of Arts and Social Sciences, City University London, morris.pamplin.1@city.ac.uk Mo has previously worked in further education, having held roles in study skills at Lewisham College, and widening participation at the University of East London. He holds an MA in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London and a BA (hons) in English Literature from the University of East Anglia. His current research interests are in students’ use of lecture capture and induction. |
