Scholarships for 2015 intake

We understand that taking a Masters degree is a big investment, so we are pleased to inform you that Scholarships for 2015 intake are now open for applications. In order to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must have fully accepted a conditional or unconditional offer on a full-time Specialist Masters course at Cass Business School.

We invite offer-holders to head over to our Funding your Studies webpage where you can read about the scholarships and eligibility criteria, and submit your scholarship application through the online link.

When you start the application form you will be asked to select the course on which you hold an offer, and your country of citizenship – this will then bring up a list of the scholarships for which you are eligible to apply. You must select all scholarships for which you wish to be considered, and the information you submit in the online form will be considered by the awarding panels for those scholarships.

The scholarship application form must be completed in one sitting, so it’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with the questions that will be asked before starting the form.

You can preview the scholarship application form and read up on the application process here – ScholarshipsPresentation2015.

The following scholarships must be applied for directly through separate application procedures: Santander Bursaries; Cass Real Estate Club Scholarship; LIFE Bursaries; and Escola Nacional de Seguros Scholarship. Please see our Funding your Studies webpage for more information

The deadline for scholarship applications is 4pm BST on 5th May 2015. Late applications will not be considered, and it is not possible to make amendments to the application form after you have submitted it, so please carefully check your details before submitting the form. The online scholarship application form is the only document sent to the awarding panel (they could ask for additional documents later if you are shortlisted) so make sure you sell yourself!

Scholarship applicants will be informed of the awarding panels’ decisions as and when they are made over the summer. Decisions are normally made from late June onwards, and some decisions might be made in early August. We understand the importance of confirming the outcome of your application for funding as soon as possible, and we therefore strive to inform you of the decisions as soon as they are made.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

Good luck!

  1. If I apply for a scholarship-loan from an entity in my country, could I also apply for some of these scholarships? If I am selected in both cases (or even in 2 different categories of Cass’ scholarships), could I use all of them or there is any kind of restriction.

    • Hi Alejandra, thanks for your question!

If you receive a repayable loan from an entity in your country, you may also apply for a scholarship at Cass. Within Cass, applicants may only accept one scholarship or bursary from us, so if you were to receive a scholarship and a course bursary you would need to choose which one to accept (normally it would be the larger amount). All scholarships, bursaries and discounts are applied directly to the second instalment of tuition fees, and can therefore only be used for tuition fee purposes. If funding from an external source is covering full fees you would not be able to apply for a scholarship. In all cases any scholarships that have been applied for or received must be declared in the scholarship application form, along with their amount.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further queries, and good luck!
