The Cultural and Creative Industries are high on the agenda in South Korea. A statement by the President of South Korea, Park Geun-hye announced last November  that the creative industries are at the heart of her future growth plans for the Korean economy. A special 2 hour long TV special was broadcast on new year’s day which had reports on the creative industries from around the world: Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and London. Andy was interviewed for the London segment. The TV programme was then extended into a studio discussion with Korean experts debating the future of the creative economy
