Andy gives a lecture in New Orleans

Prof Andy Pratt was in New Orleans this week giving a lecture at Tulane University on the topic of ‘Can the Cultural Economy sustain New Orleans ? Global Lessons’. The visit was organised by the students of the PhD programme on City, Culture and Community at Tulane. The lecture was attended by faculty and students, but also by local arts and community representatives, especially Creative Alliance New Orleans and those from the Mayor’s office. The next day Andy also led a workshop for researchers on the challenges of interdisciplinary research.
