Andy gives keynote in Berlin

Andy gave a lecture at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin at a symposium on policy development in the fields of culture and the media (October 30). The event was launched by Christian Hirte, the Secretary of State for that department. Andy spoke about the need for new initiatives and approaches to understanding and supporting innovation in the cultural and creative industries.
