Ros Gill’s book Aesthetic Labour, co-edited with Christina Scharff and Ana-Sofia Elias, is now out in paperback. In December Palgrave highlighted the book – and the series it is in, also co-edited by Ros – as one of the top publications in their social sciences list, leading the way among 85 book series.

Critical Sexology

January saw Ros speaking at the Critical Sexology seminar in Camden Town. With Laura Harvey and Meg-John Barker, she discussed the ideas of ‘sex critical’ research and ‘compassionate critique’ that informed their forthcoming book Mediated Intimacy (Polity, in press).
