The Bayes Alumni Forum is an annual event which aims to bring together the alumni community in London and beyond for a day of insightful talks, discussions and the opportunity to hear from world-leading speakers from the Business School and beyond.

We are excited to announce that the theme for this year’s Bayes Alumni Forum is “Navigating the Unknown: Re-thinking Business in a Transforming World”. The forum will aim to delve into the many ways in which we can be preparing and navigating future business challenges in an increasingly changing and uncertain world.

The event will begin with an informative keynote speech from Alberto López Valenzuela. A distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in the data analytics and business intelligence sector, he has an exceptional track record of fostering innovation, scaling businesses, and driving success.
The Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Next AI Summit, he will be speaking on “AI and Humanity: Understanding an unbreakable interdependence”.
Attendees will have the opportunity to choose between seminar sessions on relevant and impactful topics such as ‘Hegemonic switch: Sustainability in times of a political backlash’, ‘Strategic clarity: Making business decisions like scientists’ and ‘Leaders of tomorrow – blending enterprise with social purpose’. Led by our own Bayes academics, attendees are sure to go away with new ideas and approaches.

Helen Nicholson, Head of Bayes Alumni Relations, said “After the success of our first Forum in 2024, we are excited to be bringing our alumni back together this June. Attendees are sure to leave inspired by the talks and sessions and the day also offers a brilliant opportunity to meet new contacts, reconnect with old friends as well as debate with like-minded individuals. We are especially looking forward to the evening Reception which will be held at the beautiful and impressive Ironmongers Hall.”
Don’t miss the flagship event of the year!
