What data will be collected?

City will collect and process the personal information that you have provided to us about yourself. This personal information is name, type of organisation, role, and email address.

What is the purpose of processing the data? 

This data is being collected for the purposes of providing you with updates regarding the Family Food Experience Study – London (a research study undertaken by The Centre for Food Policy | City, University of London) and informing you of the results of the study once completed.

Who is the data controller?  

City is the ‘data controller’ of this information. This means that City decides what your personal information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?  

The legal basis on which City processes your personal information is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by unsubscribing from our mailing list.

How long retain the information?

City will retain your information until 31st December 2023 to enable dissemination of information following the publication of the final report.

 Will the data be shared with any third party?

Your personal information will not be shared with a third party or transferred outside the European Economic Area.
