HEALTHEI

Centre for Food Policy Director, Professor Christina Vogel and Reader, Dr Christian Reynolds, are co-investigators on Health Economic Analysis incorporating effects on Labour outcomes, Households, Environment and Inequalities (HEALTHEI) for food taxes.

A collaboration between the University of Sheffield and Teeside University HEALTHEI is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). This project looks at the way food taxes might affect the whole food system, and will estimate the effects on health, NHS costs, employment, the economy and environment.
