Our Library team has been nominated for the award of Outstanding Library Team in this years’ Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards.
This nomination recognises the strategic work led by the Library Executive team to maximise the effective use of limited ‘library’ space within the University. This has resulted in the transformation of several University spaces during 2011/12, creating dynamic environments which have significantly enhanced the student experience, both within the traditional libraries and in new student facing areas. The spaces covered in the nomination are the Cass Financial Resources Zone and Bloomberg Dealing Room, The Financial Resources Suite and Northampton Square, the Graduate School Library Centre and the new Law Library.
The awards ceremony will take place on 20th June.
