This autumn, City’s Learning Enhancement & Development (LEaD) team are offering a wide-ranging series of lunchtime study skills workshops.

  • Most of the sessions are open to all City students, but some are School-specific, as indicated below.
  • There’s no need to book; just come along to the sessions that best address your needs.

A comprehensive programme of academic skills workshops begins on 16th February.

Most sessions are open to all students, but some sessions are aimed at students in particular course areas.

There’s no need to book; just come along. Each session covers a self-contained topic, so don’t worry if you can’t attend all of them.

Learning Success are again offering Dyslexia Support at Cass Bunhill Row campus, available fortnightly on Wednesday mornings from 9am-12pm. Term 2 dates are from 27th Jan until 6th April 2016. These sessions are suitable for all students.  Booking isn’t required; just come along.

A comprehensive programme of academic skills workshops for all students begins on 6th October 2014. The Assignment Skills for Undergraduates and the Critical Thinking and Writing Skills workshops have both undergraduate and postgraduate versions (see table for details).

For rooms and times, please see below.  1pm sessions last for 50 minutes and 5pm sessions last for 75 minutes, unless otherwise stated.
