From today, 5th December, you can collect your requested book anytime when the library is open. The new ‘Requested Item Collection” shelves are located by the Service Desk on Level 2 of Northampton Square Library, next to the CDs & DVDs Collection. When you receive email notification confirming that your request is ready to collect, please bring your ID card to access the area, find your item on the shelf and check it out using the self-service machine.
