New Look to Cass Library Webpages

Have you noticed something different about Cass Library webpages? This summer we have been hard at work upgrading and streamlining the Cass Library webpages. New features include the following.

1. CityLibrary Search is now integrated into the homepage.  It searches across City Library collections, so if you know the name of the resource you’re looking for or would like to browse a subject, CityLibrary Search will help you find it fast.

2. Cass Library Guides

Introducing Library Guides for Cass Postgraduate students. Those studying on Cass Specialist MSc courses, MBA students and researchers can now interact with embedded features, find help with specialist resources and get in touch with a Business Librarian in an easy to use interface.

3. Business Databases by Topic

Need a database that contains Mutual Funds data? Maybe it’s Real Estate statistics you’re after. When you are unsure which database is the right one for your area, Business Databases by Topic recommends databases based on the information each database contains. Just enter your topic into the search bar to get started.

4. Cass Databases A-Z

We streamlined our databases into the searchable and intuitive CityLibrary databases collection. While you will continue to see only Cass databases, you can now explore other subjects and find support directly linked at the point of access.

In the process of revamping our online support, we looked at what our users want, and what is actually being used. Popular features like the following have been brought to the forefront so they will be easier to find.

  • Opening hours
  • Chat
  • PG Projects & Dissertations
  • Journals
