The issues we were experiencing have now been resolved. If you are still getting a 502 Bad Gateway error when accessing our online journals please try to clear your browser’s cache. If the issues persist then please do contact the Library.
We are currently experiencing some problems accessing some online journals, resulting in a 502 bad gateway error.
This is due to technical issues with the platform that provides online journal hosting to several of our suppliers, blocking access to content. A number of universities have been affected by this, and we are working with publishers to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
We have been able to find workarounds for some of the suppliers, and are regularly updating our help and guidance to reflect the current status.
