The Library now has a subscription to the Food Science Source database, via the EBSCOhost platform.

Food Science Source is a full text database providing access to articles from journals, magazines and trade publications covering issues relating to the food industry. More than 1,000 key food industry and market reports are also included.

Whilst the database is a good resource for Food Policy students and researchers it may be useful for anyone whose research covers topics such as diet, food, nutrition, business, consumerism, economics and marketing.
