I am Linda Wolstenholme, Professor Emeritus of Applied Statistics at Bayes Business School, City University, London.  I am also an experienced sailor.  This blog is dedicated to my long-standing and on-going work developing statistical models for the determination of  working handicap ratings for yacht racing, in particular for easy and transparent use at club level.
