As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of European Social Survey (ESS) Round 10 fieldwork – originally due to be collected in face to face interviews from late 2020 – was not possible last year.
Preliminary analysis of Google Scholar indexing has established that almost 5,500 academic publications include substantial use of European Social Survey (ESS) data (2003-20).
