More than 2,000 alumni, staff and students from across the University registered to use the naming portal site during December and January, with a total of 155 unique suggestions passing the initial criteria for consideration.
Following checks to reputational risk, distinctiveness and credibility, as well as translation, trademark research and brand compatibility tests, a shortlist of names has now been put forward by the Naming Steering Committee.
All Business School alumni, staff, students and partners will be invited to participate in a survey, launching in March, to help us understand your feelings towards each of the shortlisted names.
