For the last part of the coursework in Information Architecture, I created the wireframes in a way that reflects all the above information. I started by creating the top of the website which is the same in all of the pages (global navigation system) and then I finalized a context page (available pumps). This wireframe shows how the products (pumps) are presented next to the available facets. In the specific wireframe, the results are already filtered by price and heel height. With the facets that I used, I tried to “reflect the current navigational context” (Russell-Rose and Tate, 2012). From this point, I tried to move to the common user’s next step: select a specific pair of shoes and look at the details. So, I created a wireframe to show how a specific product is presented including photos, price, description and such and the options that the user has as well (add to wishlist/ add to the basket). On the next wireframe, I wanted to show one of the “reading pages”. In this wireframe, it is shown the default presentation of the interviews and the alternative option the user has as well. For the last wireframe, I presented the user’s action to rate and review the online store, an action that is accessible only from registered and logged in users.
Wireframes were created in Axure.
