The LDC is joining forces with Learning Success and Student Counselling. To begin working together, the team got to know each other through a coffee morning in late September. This gave individuals a chance to meet, drink coffee and also discuss what our new area should be called. As the date coincided with the Macmillan Coffee Morning we took the opportunity to bake and raise money for this charity. The team produced a fabulous spread of cakes and biscuits and raised £62.35 for the cancer support organisation. A new name for this area was decided and will be announced once it has been approved.
