Cecilia gave talk on culture, politics and the city to state workers in the cultural sector

Invited by the recently created Instituto de Cultura Pública, Cecilia Dinardi gave a presentation on culture, politics and the city as part of the new Masters in Public Culture, run by Argentina’s Cultural Ministry and aimed at state cultural workers from each of the country’s provinces. The event, which also included a keynote address by Salvador de Bahía’s Cultural Secretary, took place on 12^th September 2014 at the Centro Cultural de la Memoria Haroldo Conti, the cultural space created in the former dictatorship’s illegal detention and torture centre.
