New book series launched to cold (!) reception

Ros Gill and around 100 colleagues braved January’s Big Chill on Thursday night to celebrate the launch of the book series The Dynamics of Virtual Work. The series is co-edited by Ros and Ursula Huws, and is an outcome of the successful EU COST Action of the same name which has been ongoing for 3.5 years. Thursday night saw the launch at the University of Westminster of two books – Eran Fisher and Christian Fuchs’ Reconsidering Value and Labour in the Digital Age, and Olivier Fraysse’ and Mathieu O’Neil’s collection Digital Labour and Prosumer Capitalism. There are ten other books signed or in production for the series.
