Digital and Creative Cities

Andy Pratt gave a keynote paper in Westminster to a group of visiting City Mayors from the West Balkans; the group was being hosted by the Creative England for the British Council and the Foreign Office. The group are interested in developing new forms of urban governance- in particular about digital and creative cities: Andy’s presentation was complemented by presentations from NESTA, DMCS and the London Mayor’s office, and the cities of Nottingham, Newcastle and Manchester.
