Korean Trust Fund for CCI in Rwanda
Following up from her mission as member of UNESCO 2005 Convention’s Expert Facility in Rwanda (2016), Dr Jenny Mbaye from CCCI was recently in Kigali (Rwanda) (January 8-12) to prepare the project launch for the UNESCO Korean Funds-in-Trust “Stengthening the cultural and creative industries in Rwanda”.
Jenny was selected to be the international expert responsible for liaising with and advising the local implementation partner, the designated project coordinator and the State Party of Rwanda on the identification of capacity gaps and the development of training programmes as well as the implementation of the training.
The programme was officially launched on Monday January 29th in Kigali (Rwanda), following a first meeting of the Steering Committee piloting the programme, which will run throughout 2018.
