Andy was responding to Prof Lucianna Lazzeretti‘s paper on the role of culture in facing the digital revolution challenge. The discussed questions such as the relation between technology and culture, the accountability of big data, smart cities, and the role of artists in envision the future(s) and their role in the policy process.
