A poster developed by UCL Obesity Research Group who led the quantitative research within the study. This poster will be distributed to all participants who took part in the household survey and qualitative research who agreed to being updated regarding study progress and results. It suggests the following practices for healthy eating: 1) Make a mealtime routine 2) Create healthy snacking 3) Drink water 4) Eat fruit and veg (5 a day) and 5) Be active.
