ESRC Consumption ethics event

The ESRC Ethics in Consumption: Interdisciplinary Perspectives seminar series held its concluding event at Birkbeck on 14 September. The environmentalist Jonathan Porritt spoke first, arguing that ‘consumerism is the enemy of ethical consumption’.
