Council of Europe uses Andy Pratt’s report to develop its policy

The report that Andy Pratt has drafted on ‘The value of cultural heritage in a democratic society’ for the Council of Europe will be published later this year; in the meantime the report will be used to support and develop initiatives that the Council is developing on a New Agenda for Culture at the next meeting of the Council on December 6th and will proposed by the Earl of Dundee, who has acted as rapporteur on this topic.
