Cultural Policy Task Group and Arterial Fund in Abidjan

On Sept. 29th-30th, along with members of the Executive Committee, Jenny was invited to participate in a strategic meeting organised by Arterial Network in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire at the Secretariat of the Network, located in the offices of the MASA (African Performing Arts Market).

The meeting focused both on the priorities of action of its Cultural Policy Task Group for the next two years, as well as on the forthcoming launch of the newly created Arterial Fund, an African Fund dedicated to the professionalisation of the creative sector.

Drawing on the support of key artists and cultural operators, and currently calling for ambassadors (artists, curators, art professionals) and other supporters (patrons, philanthropists and financial partners), the Arterial Fund will be launched in Abidjan, where it will be based, in November 2017.
