I’ve recently tried using Survey monkey at www.surveymonkey.com to conduct a short survey and I am quite liking it. Survey Monkey provides free online questionnaire and survey tools.It allows the creation and publishing of online surveys in minutes, and the viewing of results graphically and in real time. I found it easy to use and create different types of questions. It was also easy to see when responses had come it and to analyse them and produce graphs and percentages from them and see any written comments. The free part of the software is limited and allows the creation of an unlimited number of surveys with up to 10 questions per survey and 15 different question types.
Also to export the data properly, this also involves paying a charge but you can avoid doing this and just use the free software. It’s good therefore for a short quick survey and allows quick access to responses.
