Library Loves Feedback will return in February

Our Library Loves Feedback campaign will return from Monday 17 February to Sunday 2 March.

During this time you will have a chance to tell us your thoughts on CityLibrary.

We want to know how and why you love the library, as well as ways you think we can improve or adapt to better help you.

All of your feedback is important as it helps us to better understand how to best support all of our users by helping us identify what works well, and which services, resources, and spaces may need improving.

How can you give us your feedback?

There will be a number of pop-ups where you can talk directly to library staff and snag some freebies (see the dates, timings and locations below). We’ll also have our usual “feedback walls” in the libraries, where you can leave us a note.
