LEaD Light lunch sessions started back in autumn 2020, during lockdown, to create a space for academic and professional colleagues to share ideas on topics relating to digital technology and online teaching. The sessions ran throughout the academic year 20/21 and covered a wide range of topics from accessibility, strategies for effective online teaching, best digital tools and so much more
So LEaD Light lunch is back and this year’s first session will be this Thursday, the 4th of November, at 12.30 in the learning and teaching community on Teams. It should be a fascinating one as it will be about what students said about their Digital experience at City during 2020/21. Lauren Regan ( Digital literacy coordinator. LEaD) will be joined by some of the digital student assistants from the student community on Teams. They will talk about the student digital experience insights survey, that was carried out here at City, and how the results of the survey analysis compares to the benchmark across other UK HE institutions.
